Legal Question in Telecomm Law in Pennsylvania

Type of Court Order

A hard wired telephone tap was discovered on one of my business phone lines. The main billing number of the person/persons who tapped my line was determined however, the phone company won`t release the main billing name and address of the individual(s) without a court order. Do I need a Supoena, Subpoena Duces Tecum, or what type of Court Order to instruct the phone company to release the information? Thank you.
