mystery tickets?

chester county traffic court had sent me a letter in the mail that states i had 2 moving violations. I live in philly and i cathces public transportation!I don't own nor have access2 a car! on one ticket, it doesn't states my name. the second ticket has my name spelled incorrect. what can i do about this matter?
