Notice of violation under Section 3112(a)(3)
My wife got a notice with image of her car running a red light and saying that the image evidence a violation of section 3112(a)(3) of title75 of the PA consolidated statutes and the Phila code Chapter 12-3000.
Is there any points for this violation
