what does ctn mean behind an executrix name on letters of testementary

CTN? Do you mean CTA? CTA is an abbreviation for Latin words - cum testamento annexo and means with the will annexed. It is used whenever the named executor/executrix is unable/unwilling to serve or is removed/renounces. If the will names a successor, then that person assumes the duties.
