Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My father passed away in December 2013. He hand wrote a will in the hospital because his girlfriend forced him to. He left her his trailer and the land it sits on, but nothing else. He owned two vehicles, and one was going to my sister, the other to me(next of kin rights). Well, his girlfriend wasn't happy about that, so she destroyed the car so my sister couldn't have it, and she sold the truck that was to go to me. What are my legal rights as his biological daughter in obtaining the vehicles and/or suing this woman for illegally selling property that wasn't hers?

I agree with Glenn. You should retain an attorney immediately. The validity of the Will can certainly be questioned. If there is no valid Will, everything would pass to you and your siblings. If there are items passing to you under a valid Will, but that you did not receive, you certainly can sue the executor, the estate or anyone else who stole or damaged such property.
