Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

The general question is: A current inmate is giving money to a former inmate through his estate. He has had his attorney do all of the legal paperwork. A corrections office within the same prision just found out that his/her name is in the legal document to receive cash money from the estate. Are they able to accept his contribution even though he is an inmate in the corrections facility where they work? Please note they have not done anything to ask for the money or given him any special privileges. What types of issues could they face if they would have accepted the money? Could they face any legal charges?

This makes no sense. Is somebody dead and is the dead person leaving stuff to a living person? If so, the "legal" paperwork is called a will. And what does a corrections officer have to do with this? And who are you and how are you related?

You can try re-posting a coherent question or else pay for a consult with a probate attorney assuming that (a) someone has died and (b) you are named as a personal representative or beneficiary of the dead person's estate.
