Re: Living Trusts

I recommend that you read up about Living Trusts and the probate process in PA. There is an excellent brochure available at http:// www.acba.org/ACBA/pdf/probate_brochure.pdf

You may download it and read it. It is in "pdf" format, which is readable by Adobe Acrobat's Reader, a free download, if your computer doesn't already have it. If you don't have the Reader, you can download it from: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html#Readers

If you still feel that you need a living trust after reading this information, you should consult with a local probate/estates lawyer to help determine your goals and advise you how you may achieve them.
