If my mother has my name on the deed to our house and she passes away is there any tax I would have to pay?

Yes. There are inheritance taxes. How do you and your mother own the property? As tenants in common? Or as joint tenants with right of survivorship? It will not make a difference in terms of inheritance taxes but it will make a difference as to whether your mother's portion of the home has to pass through probate or not. I suggest that you and your mother get a copy to the deed of the home and if your mother has not done any estate planning, to get a consult with a local attorney and make sure that her affairs are in order so as to minimize any taxes and make probate as easy as possible.
