Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My mother died in Florida but her residence is in Pennsylvania. We obtained Estate EIN number in Pennsylvania. She owns property and has a bank account in Florida. Do we need a 2nd EIN number?

If your mother died as a resident of PA, her primary estate is probated in PA. If she owned property in Florida then an ancillary estate would have to be probated in FL. The EIN is used for federal purposes so there should only be one EIN number.
