Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My mother has a will of which I am the executor. She will pass soon and is in a nursing home and has virtually no assets. Do I need to do anything concerning the will?

You will need to file the will with the register of will once your mother is deceased. Whether you need to apply for probate is another matter. If there are no probate assets, then probably not.
