Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

A relative died and I received a letter from other relatives stating that the dead relative left a small amount of money to me, and asked me to notarize a document saying I was notifed of the distribution. I returned the notarized document as requested. Is there anything further I am required to do in order to receive this money?

You'll likely receive additional documentation once the estate is actually probated. You'll have some tax forms as well. The executor of the estate should get that stuff to you. If the estate has an attorney, you could also contact that individual for more information.
