revocation power of attorney

i created power of attorney in the state of virginia where i resided, i now reside in the state of pennsylvania and would like to revoke the power of attorney. what state forms do i use. the poa legal forms are in land&records in manassas,va.,i live now in kingston,pa. ?

In your new POA you expressly state that you are revoking all prior POAs. I recommend against using forms that you find on the web. They are often insuffient and do not properly address ones needs. Pennsylvania has some specific requirements in their POAs that the standard forms do not address. I recommend that you contact an attorney. I am available to discuss this matter with you.
