Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
good day! just want to know if a dismissed case from lower court or prosecutors office can appeal in doj cause my sister have a dismissed case qualified theft from her previous employer and now one nbi agent come to our house informing my sister that her case will be appeal of her previous employer in department of justice.
