Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
If you were guilty of estafa and you have a warrant of arrest your name will be post in the watch list in the airport? how long your name will stay in the watch list and is there a fee for the watch list? hoping for your reply.

What do you mean guilty? You have been convicted of the crime?Anyway, you have to be cleared first of the charge before the watchlist can be lifted. Why not inquire at the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) so you would know the schedule of fees. Good luck to you.
