Requirements

I am a filipina, and live in the philippines, My boyfriend who is an american and living in the United States wants to marry me and wants to bring me there, wants to know what is the requirements and documents that he should submit to the Embassy of United States, Phillipines so that he can take me to United States?

Your boyfriend must commence a petition for fiancee visa for you. He must file the petition for fiancee visa at the USCIS office having jurisdiction over his place of residence in the United States and NOT at the US Embassy, Manila. For further inquiries, you may call us at (632) 8214106.
