Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Hi, my sister has a problem with her birth certificate. She just notice this when she was on college, that the gender on her birth certificate is "Male". Now she need to apply to take a passport and work on abroad. What would she do?

This need an adversarial proceedings. Thus, an initiatory pleading for purposes of correcting the entry on her birth certificate will have to be initiated in court. Good luck to you.
