Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines
Good day. My mom had an argument with my cousin and his dad. A week later my brother saw on my cousin's facebook wall a picture of my mother that was altered. He put horns on my mom. The picture is visible to all his friends including some of our relatives and friends. Can my mom sue him? Thanks.
