Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines

I have a spy pen video camera, a birthday gift from abroad. I secretly covered neighbors who had heated arguments saying malicious words against each others. They had brought up their case for settlement in the Barangay level yet. As I was also present, I found out that the parties disowned what they said and done. Can I use my secret video to settle their disputes to show evidence as to who told lies?

Can I not be sued instead for anti wire tapping? Some of my lay folks told me that videos without permission or unknown to the subject fall under anti-wire tapping.I then sincerely ask for your most valuable legal opinion of the matter.

God bless you, more power and thank you so much.

Yes that is correct you violated the anti-wire tapping act when you recorded the conversations (squabbles) without the respective consent of your neighbors. That device is covered by the law.
