Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
denied
i was denied 10 yrs ago coz i ll take the child not my own .but ill take care of him since birth until now .i dont know what to do that time i have no adviser so they said denied .i want to know if i have a chance to go to hawaii . many people said you help many people had a problem like me .i need your help. thank you in advance.

Yes, you still have a chance to be approved to go to America. I would suggest though that you legally adopt the child in order to legitimize the relationship and also to give you basis in the future to take the child with you.
