pwede bang i-balewala na lang ng kabilang party yung compromise agreement nila na nadesisyunan ng korte 4 years ago na. sinusunod yun for four years tpos biglang kumuha ng bagong abogado yung kabilang party tpos sasabihin ng atty nya na di daw legal yung compromise agreement? eh signed ng both parties tpos may decision yung court?

A judgment by compromise is immediately executory. Neither party can disregard the judgment by compromise.
