Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

waiving of rights of 2 heirs of a parcel of land

my father dies last 1999, before he died it was verbally agreed between his sisters and brothers that I can build a small house within thier parcel of land which they inherit from thier parents (my grandparents). But 2 of his sisters before ask for a financial in exhange with the agreement. No written agreement was made and only a verbal agreement. After a number of years his 2 sister (my aunts) again asked for a certain amount as a token for residing in said parcel of land. And for my idea this is their way of waving their rights is the said parcel of land. My question is '' what legal move should I do to make such land be in my name because no other parties was interested in said land? And what legal form should I prepare for them to sign? Looking forward on your response on my problem the soonest time you can. Good luck on your law firm & hope you can help more than I expect. GOD bless.....

You can simply ask them to execute a waiver of rights.
