Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Philippines
My father died year 1992 he died leaving us the 8 hectares agricultural which was mortgage at PNB together with this is a three titles agricultural land. The 8 hectares was divided for us his siblings it is 1/3 share for each one of us and the share of my eldest sis. Was given to the farmer or was V O S. Now my sis and brother have died already. I can't afford to redeem thos title in the bank I am already old my children are earning enough for thier family. What will I do ?
