Legal Question in Immigration Law in Rhode Island

My name is Alan Pagliarini. I have known a good friend from a little over a year ago when she was living in her homland of Liberia until the Ebola Breakout, at which time she has to move to Ghana. She recently was given the opportunity to travel with th church to Turkey then on to the US. She has a passport but the church said they would take care of her Visa. My question is, in the even we both spontaneously want to get married, should we do it in Ghana, Turkey or the USA?

I cannot advise you on such a question, However, if you are a U.S. citizen, then she will face a visa fraud issue if you get married abroad & then she tries to enter the country as a visitor, religious worker, or in some other, non-immigrant status. I advise retaining counsel before pursuing this further, in your situation.
