I have two kids that there dad was deported to his country what do I need to do to get him back to the usa so that he can be with his kids?

This is a very common issue and one that sometimes yields great results and other times not so good ones. What's missing in your submission is why he was deported. As any practitioner will want to know his entire immigration and criminal history. These are critical to defining a strategy to attempt to bring him back. We generally start by filing FOIAs to get his case files; both the USCIS file and the court file. This helps us view his case as the government views it.
