i wanna ask for my father but he has a criminal past here i wanted to know if i ask for him so he can come as a permanent resident becuase i am disabled nd i need his help here. what are my best way for me to know i can really get him here.

If you father is abroad and has criminal record, you can petition for him, but a visa can be denied based on his convictions/criminal record. You should seek advice of an attorney prior to petitioning for your father.
