discrimination/wrongful discharge

After 8 years with the company i was terminated for 2 reasons 1 i was not at the branch- i have been off of work for 6 days this year(not in a row) and saying that i come to work at 7.30 a.m.when my hours have been 8-5 since the day i started. I was replaced by a younger male making more money then I. I have several witnesses to the unjust that went on in the company. Do i have a case

You may but in general a company may fire you for any reason or no reason at all. There are few exceptions such as race, gender, pregnantcy, age, and disability. You may want to speak with an attorney to see if you fall into any of these categories. Feel free to contact me.
