Car Reposition

I am currently 1 month behind on my car. I went to a buy-here pay here lot. They told me that If I sent them a money order that they would send it back to me and repo my car. Can I send them a quick collect payment to keep them for reposing my car.

Unfortunately, probably not. These "tote the note" car lots make a lot of money by immediately repossessing and then reselling cars even if the debtor is just one day late. However, you should consult with a local attorney who can flyspeck your paperwork to see if there is an out for you.
