My son was put into county and held on a assualt charge, found out he had broke probation in another county, bond set for assault at 500, waited 72 hours for other county to come get him, no show, signed bond, other county came after he was bonded out and picked him up. Set another bond for him after i paid bond. is this right? locked up on 10/10 bonded on 10/23.

Re: criminal justice

They are allowed to set a separate bond on each charge, so it sounds like that is what they did. My office is in Horry County so if you need help your welcome to call or email me at [email protected]
