Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina
denied employment
I was denied employment for a criminal background check. The check found a criminal sex asult charge that i was arrested for but never went to court. The charges were droped. Is this wright or do i have a way around this?

They do not have to hire you. However, if the charge was dropped you should be able to have it expunged.
