I adopted my wife's 3 girls less than 1year ago and would like to recending the adoptions, can this be done in SC?

With the limited information you have provided, I would say the answer is no. Once the adoption is complete the girls you adopted are your girls. It is the same legally as if you were their biological father. Generally, the only way to change that is to terminate your parental rights. I would recommend that you discuss your options and the specifics of your situation with a South Carolina attorney with experience in the Family Court.
