Alimony

Is there any laws regarding Alimony in south carolina if there are

no children involved and both parties salaries are basically the same?

There are many factors that the Court considers when determining whether to award alimony and if so, how much. Incomes of the parties are certainly important factors, but it's not quite as simple as that.
