Re: contempt of court of child rights

I am having a hard time telling what it is you want to know. Let me just tell you this. If either parent is denying the other parent visitation, and the court order calls for visitation, then the parent who is denyed visitation can file an action in the court to enforce the order. At one point you say that he is honoring the court order, then you go on to say that he isn't paying health insurance. If he is suppose to pay insurance an isn't, then you can take him to court to make him pay. The bottom line is, if one person is in violation of the order, then the other person can take them back to court to have the order enforced. Good luck.
