Divorce-Continuing childs education
My wife divorced me and received custody of our child. My wife remarried 2 months after the divorce. Question #1: Since my exwife remarried could I seek lowering my child support payment to her. Question #2: If my child decides to go to college will I have to pay for her to go. It wasn't stated in the divorce decree.

The answer to you first question, is that it is possible, but I would need to know a few more things first.

As far as paying for college, no. If it wasn't in the final order, then you do not have to pay.
