can my girlfriend kick me out if i have mail coming to the adress and all i own is in the house

Without knowing more, it's not possible to say. However, if you claim that you live there, then she may need to go through an eviction action in order to get you out. Of course, if she doesn't want you there, I wonder why you would want to stay anyway.
