How can I move my husband out of my house. The house is in my name, and was purchase before we were married.

Even though the house was purchased prior to marriage, it doesn't mean that some of the equity in the home is not marital. Assets can be part marital and part non-marital, and it's not at all unusual for things like houses and retirement accounts.
Now, as for how to get him out, that may be more difficult if there is no adultery, alcohol/drug abuse, or physical abuse by him. The specific facts of your case will help determine which steps you should take.
