Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

my sons father was court ordered to have insursnce and split the difference of what the insurance didnot cover. the f ather failed to provide insurance and now I have dr bills that are unpaid, I do not have the money to take him to court to make him do what has alreadybeen ordered.

If the father has not complied with the Court Order, then your best option will likely be to file a contempt action against him to allow the Court to enforce the Order.
