Legal Question in Personal Injury in South Carolina

Slip and fall at hotel

I stayed at large chain hotel, I attempted to get in the shower, as soon as I got in and wet I fell out hitting my head on the toilet. When the maid came up she said there was suppose to be a mat in my shower, and there was not a mat in there. There was no anti slip strips in the tub or no type of bar to grab onto. I also have a witness that saw me fall out of the shower. I know have two herniated disk in my neck, I have headaches all the time, and weakness in my hands. Do I have a case?

You might well have a case, but it is impossible to determine that in this type of forum. Consult with a local attorney.
