My son was in the car with his girlfriend and they were in an accident. My son required medical attention and was transported to the hospital via ambulance. The young lady's father is refusing to give us a copy of the accident report, for fear of us suing them. How can I legally obtain a copy of the accident report to file a claim against their insurance company to pay for the medical bills?

The police reports are done by the police. You can contact the police department and ask what the procedure is for obtaining a report.
