Heir's property
My father,his brother and sister are heirs of an acre of land that once belong to my grandparents. I have my father and uncle approval for their share. My aunt wants to keep her part. How do i go about getting my father and uncle share deeded to me.

Your question is confusing. I take it that these three people own the one lot, and two of them want to deed their interest over to you but the third does not? You really need to call so I can ask some questions. I need to know who's name the deed is in, if your buying it or they are giving it, etc. If you click on my name it will give you my number.
