my parents pressed charges on a guy i slept with when i was under age. i will be turning 17 soon, and i was wanting to know if i can drop the charges against him?

No. Only the prosecutor can do that. You can ask him to drop the charges, but he probably won't. It's a serious crime for an adult to have sex with a minor, and it doesn't magically become less serious after the fact when the minor becomes an adult.
