Is dus a criminial offence or is it a administrative charge

A DUS, Driving Under Suspension, is a criminal offense. Its also a traffic violation. Its both a criminal offense and a traffic violation. That is because its a driving offense which makes it a driving offense and it carries potential jail time, which makes it a criminal offense. It is not an administrative matter.
