dus 3rd offense

My husband plead guilty to dus 3rd offense. Is there anyway he can serve his time by work release or weekend jail or community service?

That would be up to the judge to decide the terms of his sentence. I don't think the judge can give him community serice or work release, but the judge can order weekends.
