non alcohol 2nd offense dus in 4yrs

i was takig a friend supposedly a pal to his dad0in-laws home 2 get his tools. little did i know my pall had been argueing w\his dad in-law before we got there the county cops flew upon my wifes car i was driving and got charged 2nd time driving under supension. i was just trying to help a friend i thought. what is the fine or penalty i am totaly disabled so i take to much meds for all sorts of ailments.
