Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in South Carolina

If i have a will, POA, health care proxy, drawn up in one state then move to another are those documents still valid???

The will, POA, health care proxy are still valid, but it is always a good idea to update them if you change states to make them easier to enact as there is more steps to go through with out of states documents to verify they are properly made and executed in the other state.
