injured knee part 2
How can i get my employer to file a Worker's Comp. claim, she keeps telling me since i was skating that they won't help me with my medical bills.

I told you yesterday. If an employer will not set up a claim, then you can call the WC Commission and they will do it for you. Ask for the Compliance department. Your still welcome to call if you want. You may need an attorney with it as there is the possibility of not only getting your medical bills paid but getting a settlement as well.
