Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I used to live in Indiana but now I live in Tennesse with my 11 year old daughter. I am having a dispute with her dad over visitation. Can I transfer this case to Tennesse or do I have to continue to travel to Indiana for court hearings since we divorced in Indiana?

The Home State of the Child determines jurisdiction. If she has lived here more than 6 months you can file a Motion to have Jurisdiction transferred to TN.
