Legal Question in Disability Law in Tennessee

worked for a company for 13 years, started having seizures in august of 2015, in December 0f 2015 they let me go because I could no longer drive because of seizures. For over 10 years I paid for long term disability insurance out of my pay. I have been trying now since December to get them to start paying on my claim. My doctors have sent them paperwork over four different times, clearly stating that I am unable to work because of these seizures, and passing out. What options do I have to get them to honor my claim

You have to continue appealing your disability denial claim through the carrier's internal process. Once that process is complete, you will have a period of time in which you can file a complaint in federal court to try to receive those benefits.
