Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Tennessee

Unclear about bankruptcy

I am a college student who has become over my limit in debt what are some options for me. I also want to know if you have a vehicle and it is co-signed by someone else do you have to include that in bankruptcy if you file.

Before you take the step to file bankruptcy, I would encourage you to seek debt counseling. There are also several businesses that assist in helping folks to reduce payments to creditors. The bankruptcy code allows you to file a chapter 13 (repayment plan) or a chapter 7 (discharge of debt). You are required to include ALL debt.
