Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee

age discrimination and retaliation

I am a supervisor at a business. I was instructed by the general manager to remove our employees stools to run off all of the old people because they would not be able to stand for eight hours and have to quit, which some had to do. I was also instructed to remove several of the other older peoples work stattions so they would have to stand and quit. I argued the point and was told that I was not a team player. Since then I have been informed by another manager that he was instructed that he was instructed by the manager that he was to start reporting false problems between the two departments. My question is when I report this violation to the corporate human resource department As I swore to do on my yearly company pledge I am afraid of retaliation and possible loss of employment because of the vindictivness of this new management team. I have been with this company thirty years and have never received any disciplinary action and have always received high remarks on yearly performance reviews. There are other numerous things that i have been instructed to do as well.
