Is it legal to kill someone it tennesee if the break in to your home?

Under Tenn. Code Ann. � 39-11-611(b), that state "presumes" that a person using deadly force against an intruder in his home reasonably feared imminent peril or death or serious bodily injury. So the answer to your question is "yes," presumedly.
